This full-sized brush is the correct type for use on American Girl Dolls, as specified by the manufacturer. Wire brushes are perfect for combing synthetic hair wigs, due to their construction and design.

Compared against the American Girl Doll branded brush, the wire tines on the brush are long enough to grab a good portion of synthetic hair, without becoming tangled and pulling on the hair fibers too hard. The number of tines produce smooth, straightened hair without making the hair seem coarse. And the cushioned tine base allows the brush tines to float on the wig cap, or doll head, regulating the amount of pressure applied to the item.
